Information

- Family Camp is a week long event (Monday thru Sunday), with activities (by age group) and free time planned throughout the daytime, and an evening worship service each night.  Sunday has a morning worship service.

- Although it is called Family Camp, it is open to individuals as well as families.  Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a designated sponsor (Call the registrar for a Sponsor form).

- You may attend Family Camp for the entire week, for part of the week, or for just one night.  What ever works best for you.

- The scheduled sessions and activities are times to gather with your appropriate age group to discover and learn more about Jesus.  Everyone is expected to attend these sessions.

- Parents and Sponsors are expected to monitor their children when they are not in a scheduled session or activity.  Teachers and leaders will be spending the time with their own families during these free periods, and will not be available to monitor other children.  This is why every child must have a parent or sponsor with them at camp.

- The worship services are a time to put into action our beliefs.  Everyone is expected to participate in these times of worship.

- All rooms are assigned by the registrar.  Rooms are assigned on a first come basis, with priority given to those who are staying for the whole week.

- All the rooms are equipped with bed frames and mattresses.  You must bring your own linins or sleeping bags, and pillows.

- The buildings are equipped with women's and men's restrooms and showers.  You must supply your own toiletries and towels.  (toilet paper and paper hand towels are supplied)

- The fees charged at Family Camp are designed to cover the costs associated in putting on this event.  We try to keep these cost to a minimum.

- The registration and housing fees are to be paid upon arrival.

- Meals can be pre-paid at registration, or by cash at each individual meal time.

- Any off-site activity is paid by the participant at the time of the activity.

- Upon arrival at the camp, park in the parking lot and proceed to the Log Building to check in with the Registrar.  The Registrar will have the needed forms for you to fill out, and will assign you a room.

- If you would like to pre-register, you may do so by contacting the registrar.
